普通結(jié)構(gòu)耐高溫軸承：主要指是按照常用軸承結(jié)構(gòu)，采用耐高溫材料如耐高溫軸承鋼等，設(shè)計(jì)的軸承，主要有耐高溫調(diào)心球軸承、耐高溫深溝球等軸承。調(diào)心球軸承高溫調(diào)心球軸承：在二條滾道的內(nèi)圈和滾道為球面的外圈之間，裝配有由保持器引導(dǎo)的兩列鋼球。調(diào)心球軸承可承受較大的徑向載荷，同時(shí)也能承受一定的軸向載荷。軸承帶有沖壓鋼保持架，以高品質(zhì)白色高溫潤滑脂潤滑，可用于-40至300℃的溫度環(huán)境�？梢詽M足300℃以內(nèi)工作條件。軸承通常按普通級(jí)公差生產(chǎn)，且游隙遠(yuǎn)大于普通軸承，因此通常不適合高速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)場(chǎng)合。但通�？稍�100轉(zhuǎn)/分的速度內(nèi)長期運(yùn)行。耐高溫深溝球軸承：內(nèi)部沒有保持器，只有滾動(dòng)體組成；可以滿足300℃左右工作條件，按普通級(jí)公差生產(chǎn)，且游隙遠(yuǎn)大于普通軸承，因此通常不適合高速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)場(chǎng)合，屬于高溫低轉(zhuǎn)速軸承，通�？稍�200轉(zhuǎn)/分速度內(nèi)長期運(yùn)行。進(jìn)口耐高溫軸承不僅能夠在高溫高壓下工作，要承受高溫引起的腐蝕；還需要有不導(dǎo)磁、耐磨損和壽命長、可靠性高的特點(diǎn)。除此之外，還要求進(jìn)口耐高溫軸承隨驅(qū)動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)在沖擊、振動(dòng)、傾斜、搖擺等特殊的工作條件下運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，對(duì)于進(jìn)口耐高溫軸承的工作環(huán)境及條件要求相當(dāng)苛刻。
